Just one week of following Barbara Leiman’s detox programme could transform not just how your body works, but how you see and feel about yourself. Her tried and tested approach consist of seven specific rituals – one for each day of the week.
Each ritual consists of a different freshly squeezed juice, and superfoods, tissue salts and yoga poses designed to complement them. Barbara is conscious that modern, busy lives can be demanding, and has designed her detox programme to allow you to cleanse and boost all your major organs and bodily systems without having to compromise on meeting your work and family obligations.
By achieving a balance between nutrition and gentle yet strengthening movements, your body will have the chance to purge itself of accumulated toxins and negative energy.
Barbara is also an expert on live foods – that is, foods that have not been over-processed or overcooked and which are as close as possible to their natural, organic and vibrant state. Incorporating more of these foods in your diet will help keep your body free of toxins in the future.
