By achieving a balance between nutrition and the twelve tissue salt supplements, your body will have the chance to purge itself of accumulated toxins, negative energy and start to feel balanced and in tune.

Barbara is an expert on live foods – that is, foods that have not been over-processed or overcooked and which are as close as possible to their natural, organic and vibrant state. Incorporating more of these foods in your diet will help keep your body free of toxins in the future.
