As we head slowly into spring, lots of us are thinking oh gosh, I’ve got to get out my dresses and shorts again but I’m not feeling my best.

Antonia is going to share some of her go to meals and snack ideas - how to keep the body balanced and mineralised so you can keep cravings at bay and lose weight.

Breakfast, lunch, dinner and snack recipes will be included. The class will be interactive, food demonstrations will be done by Antonia, tasters will be provided, discussions will be had and recipe booklets will he handed out.
