In this class I'll be sharing some of my favorite, healthy, plant-based
recipes that I make weekly, as well as some sneaky meal prep hacks. I hope to show you that healthy eating doesn’t have to be boring or overwhelming and that in fact the simpler the better.
During the event I’ll prepare a couple of different dishes that you’ll get to taste and then assemble yourself. You will also get take home recipe cards for all of the stuff we prep together during the class so you can recreate the recipes at home. All the recipes will be plant based, nutritionally dense, delicious, full of fiber and will have no shiz added!
